I'm Shayne Guy, and I help service-based business owners go from chaos to clarity.

After years in the trenches building and running successful trades and service businesses, I now coach other business owners to grow with confidence. My focus is helping you create freedom through automation, clarity through smart systems, and real progress through proven growth strategies.

My Journey from the Tools to Trusted Business Coach

I started my entrepreneurial career in North Queensland, where I built and sold a profitable pool maintenance company. That hands-on experience taught me what it really takes to grow a team, lead from the front, and build trust in the service industry.

During the pandemic, I worked as a Business Development Manager for Australia's largest pool equipment wholesaler. That role sharpened my understanding of marketing, product positioning, and what truly drives results across hundreds of trade and service businesses.

Since then, I've launched and scaled multiple ventures, including:

These businesses were more than revenue streams. They became test beds for building scalable operations, refining marketing strategies, and applying the very systems I now teach through the SG Method and SG Accelerator.
