My name is Shayne Guy, and I’ve spent my career building, learning, and leading in the dynamic world of swimming pools. But more than that, I’ve dedicated myself to creating a legacy that empowers others and prioritizes safety, quality, and balance in both business and life.

My Journey My story began with a deep entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to create something meaningful. I founded and successfully grew a pool maintenance business in North Queensland, which I later sold—marking the first of many milestones in my career. During the pandemic, I stepped into the role of Queensland Business Development Manager for Australia’s largest pool equipment wholesaler, where I sharpened my expertise and deepened my love for the industry.

But I didn’t stop there. I went on to establish Pool Maintenance & Safety Aust, followed by the rapid launch of Best Pool Heating just a year later. These ventures weren’t just about building businesses—they were about raising standards, innovating, and creating something that would leave a lasting impact.

A Passion for Empowering Others For me, success isn’t just about what you achieve—it’s about how you lift others up along the way. I believe that a business you love shouldn’t control your life; it should enhance it. Through mentorship and leadership, I’ve made it my mission to help others in the pool industry—and beyond—find balance, purpose, and fulfillment while delivering exceptional results.

With a deep understanding of the industry and a personal dedication to preventing tragedies, I’m leading the charge to make pools safer across Australia.
